See who viewed your LinkedIn profile, and keep the list
LinkedIn shows a free account its last three viewers, then forgets them. LinkedAsk saves every viewer it sees, with the date, so your list keeps growing.

How many profile viewers does LinkedIn show?
A free LinkedIn account sees its three most recent viewers and a view count for the last 90 days. Premium shows viewers from the past 365 days. Neither keeps anything once it leaves that window. LinkedAsk is a Chrome extension that saves each viewer LinkedIn shows you, so the names stay after LinkedIn drops them.
Updated September 2026.
Set up once, then use LinkedIn as usual
Add LinkedAsk to Chrome
Install the extension and sign in. It takes about a minute.
Keep using LinkedIn
Nothing to type in and no new habit. Open anyone’s profile and the extension shows what you have with them, including when they viewed you.
Open your list
Every viewer with name, headline, connection degree and the day they looked. Search it, filter by date, export it to CSV.

What a viewer list is good for

Write while you are on their mind
Put someone on your watchlist and the day they view you, their card says so. That is usually the best day to send the note you were putting off.

Spot recruiters and buyers
Headline and connection degree are saved with each name, so a hiring manager or a prospect looking at you stands out.

Ask about your viewers
Ask the chat in plain words, like “who viewed me this month that I am not connected with”, or chart your views per day.
LinkedIn free, Premium and LinkedAsk
| LinkedIn free | LinkedIn Premium | With LinkedAsk | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Named viewers | Last 3 | Past 365 days | Every viewer it saw, kept |
| After the window | Gone | Gone | Still in your list |
| Search and date filter | No | No | Yes |
| Export | No | No | CSV |
| Anonymous viewers | Hidden | Hidden | Hidden |
What it cannot do
- It cannot name anonymous viewers. If LinkedIn shows “Someone at Northwind”, that is what is saved.
- It cannot recover viewers from before you installed it. The list starts on day one.
Who viewed my profile: questions
Can LinkedAsk show more viewers than a free LinkedIn account?
Yes, the three most recent. LinkedAsk saves those names each time LinkedIn shows them, so over a few weeks those three become a full history.
Why does LinkedIn only show three profile viewers?
That is the limit of a free account: the three most recent named viewers and a count for the last 90 days. The full list is part of Premium, for the past 365 days.
How far back does LinkedAsk keep my profile viewers?
On LinkedIn, 90 days of counts on a free account and 365 days of names on Premium. In LinkedAsk, back to the day you installed it, and the list does not expire.
Does LinkedAsk reveal anonymous viewers?
No. If LinkedIn shows “Someone at Company X”, that is what gets saved.
Can I export my profile viewers?
Yes. The viewers list exports to CSV like every other list, and your AI assistant can read it over MCP.
