LinkedAsk is a personal productivity tool that helps you organize and track your LinkedIn outreach activity. The Service includes a Chrome browser extension and a web-based dashboard for viewing your captured activity data.
LinkedAsk is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation. "LinkedIn" is a trademark of LinkedIn Corporation.
By using the Service, you agree to:
Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment provider, Stripe, on a monthly or yearly cycle depending on the plan you choose. Prices are shown on the pricing page before checkout. If we change a price, the new price applies from your next billing cycle and we will tell you in advance.
14-day money-back guarantee. If LinkedAsk is not for you, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full, no questions asked. This applies to your first purchase of each plan; renewals are not automatically refundable, but you can cancel at any time.
You can cancel from Settings at any time. After cancellation you keep access until the end of the paid period, and your captured data is not deleted.
You retain ownership of all data you create or store through the Service. We do not claim any ownership rights over your data. See our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is handled.
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Answers and charts produced by AI features are generated automatically from your data and may contain mistakes; verify anything important before acting on it. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
