What happens when a recruiter views your LinkedIn profile
A free LinkedIn account sees its three most recent viewers. When a fourth person looks, the oldest name leaves the list.

How do I keep track of networking contacts during a job search?
You need three facts per person: when you reached out, whether they answered, and what you said you would do next. A spreadsheet holds them if you type every row. LinkedAsk records the first two from your LinkedIn activity and gives you a note field for the third.
